Registration Guidelines

  1. All visitors must register on the official website. During registration, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email for verification.
  2. After registration, you will receive an email containing a link to your QR code e-ticket.
  3. Each visitor may register one accompanying guest at the same time. Both must enter the venue together; separate entry is not allowed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Please present a valid QR code e-ticket on your mobile device for admission verification by the staff.
  2. At the entrance, staff will distribute one “Flower Token” to each first-time visitor and their registered guest. Visitors can select and redeem one plush flower for free with the given token at the Flower Market. The token must be returned at the exit.
  3. Visitors purchasing two or more plush flowers may use the Flower Token to deduct the price of one plush flower at checkout.
  4. The Flower Token redemption is only applicable to plush flowers and does not include other products. Plush flower supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen gifts or tokens and will not provide replacements.
  6. Goods sold at this event are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  7. Each QR code e-ticket allows single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted after exit.
  8. Visitors who wish to re-enter must register again to obtain a new e-ticket.
  9. To change your visit time, please click the “Change Date / Time” link at the bottom of your e-ticket and select another available session.
  10. Previous visitors who wish to return on another day or at a different time may register again using the same email address; however, each email address is only eligible to receive the Flower Token upon the first entry.
  11. Each session lasts for 45 minutes. All registered visitors must enter within their selected time slot and arrive at least 15 minutes before the session ends.
  12. To maintain event order, the organizer reserves the right to request visitors to leave once their session ends.
  13. The organizer reserves the right to impose purchase or entry restrictions as required by operational needs and event circumstances.
